A public meeting of the Budget Committee of River Road Park and Recreation District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027, will be held at River Road Park and Recreation District, 1400 Lake Dr., Eugene OR 97404 on April 15th, 2026, at 6:00pm and May 20th, 2026, at 6:00pm.  These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meetings and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee during the allotted public comment time. A copy of the budget document may be inspected on or after April 10th, 2026, at the District office, 1400 Lake Dr., Eugene OR 97404 between the hours of 8am – 6pm M-F. 

The next Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, 04/15/2026 aproximately 7:00 p.m.  This will be following the Budget Committee Meeting, and starting time might fluctuate.
