Aqua Basics: Shallow Water
Beginning to steady conditioning and range of motion level. Designed for semi-active adults .
Class provides 30-45 minutes of a “return to basics” exercise routine, in water depth of 3.5 to 5 feet, so as to build up joint range of motion movement, overall body core (abdominal and lower back) strengthening, and overall muscle endurance, balance and flexibility segments. NOTE! Class level will be kept for all beginners.

Aqua Basics: Deep Water Exercise
Beginning to steady aerobic conditioning level. Designed for semi-active adults, who can remain upright while wearing a floatation belts, in water depth of 5 to 12 feet.
Class provides 45 minutes of a “return to basics” exercise routine, in a water depth of 5 to 12 feet, so as to build up joint range of motion movement, overall body core (abdominal and lower back) strengthening, and overall muscle endurance, balance and flexibility segments. NOTE! Class level will be kept for all beginners level.

Seniors - Deep Water
Moderate to active aerobic conditioning level. Designed for semi-active and/or older adults.
Class provides up to 45 minutes of conditioning exercises, including a 10-15 minute aerobic fitness segment, in water depth of 5 feet to 12 feet.  Exercises will also focus on enhancing flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and toning.

Seniors - Shallow Water
Moderate to active aerobic conditioning level.  Designed for semi-active and/or older adults.
Class provides up to 45 minutes of in-water conditioning exercises, including a 10-15 minute aerobic fitness segment, in water depth of 3.5 to 5 feet.  Exercises will also focus balance, flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and toning.

Water Aerobics: Deep Water
Active aerobic conditioning level. Designed for active adults.
Class provides up to 45 minutes of conditioning exercises, including a 15-18 minute aerobic fitness segment, in water depth of 5 feet to 12 feet. Exercises will also focus on enhancing flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and toning.
