Memory Tones Choral Group (ongoing)
The focus of this singing group is having fun singing the old favorites. Experience or ability to read music would be helpful. Newcomers are welcome. The group practices weekly and performs several times per month. Held at River Road Park. NO MEETING ON JANUARY 1st.

Wednesday Luncheons (ongoing)
Various activities and entertainment are planned for the luncheons. Newcomers are always welcome. Held in the multi-purpose room. The first luncheon of every month, the park prepares the meal. Meal cost per person is $4. We’re going green! Please bring a drinking cup and plate with you. Those who do will get a shot at winning a prize!

River Road Senior Lunch - Everyone Welcome!
Come enjoy a delicious meal and meet some new friends. River Road Park District, in cooperation with the Lane Council of Government's Senior Meals Program, offers the River Road Lunch Site held at River Road Park Annex, located at 1055 River Road. The meals are served at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. People 60 years + pay on a donation basis. (Suggested minimum donation: $3.85). Those under 60 years of age pay $6.75. To assure yourself a meal, please call the park at 688-4052. All meals are prepared fresh daily. Diabetic menus available upon request. Pick up a monthly meal calendar at the park. If the Annex parking lot is full, additional parking space is available at the Baptist Church on River Road.

Texas Hold’em Poker
Come on all and join in on the excitement that has everyone buzzing. Buying into this friendly game will cost you only “$5” for a rack of chips and will provide plenty of fun and excitement. Each table winner will be awarded a prize at the end of play. You must be 55 years or older to participate. Pre-registration and pre payment is required or you pay $10.00 at the door. River Road Park Bridge Tournament
Join us for our semi-annual bridge tournament. Sign in begins at 12:30pm and tournament play starts promptly at 1:00pm. The entry fee is $5.00 per person. Reservations can also be made by phone, 688-4052, with a credit card or by mailing fees to River Road Park. Partners must make reservations to assure themselves places at a table. Tables will be limited to twenty. The tournament will consist of six rounds of five hands each. Partners will be assigned new opponents after each round. There will be prizes for the top team scores. River Road vs. Viking Sal! Join us 1/11 as we travel to Viking Sal. Following lunch, we’ll begin the Wii bowling tournament. This one will go down in history! 1/27 we’ll return back to River Road, our home turf, to take them on and show them, once again, who is boss. Come practice at the Annex on Tuesday’s at 11am! 1/27– the competition will be held in the MP room at Emerald Park. Tournament begins at 1:30pm.

Cooking Party
This is not a cooking class, this is a cooking PARTY! If you like to cook but hate cooking alone then mark this one on your calendar. We will meet once a month and enjoy the process of prepping, cooking and eating together. Everyone will be given a job. It could be chopping veggies, preparing meat, setting the tables, grating cheese, making the sauce, putting whip cream on the dessert, opening wine, etc. This is a fun night of cooking and hanging out with others. Cost includes dinner, a glass of wine, dessert and a FUN time... everything needed to enjoy! Bring a friend! Future menu’s will be discussed at first Italian dinner party.
