Senior Lunch—Everyone Welcome!
River Road Park District hosts the River Road Lunch Site, in cooperation with the Lane Council of Government's Senior Meals Program. Luncheons are served twice a week at the River Road Park Annex, 1055 River Road. All meals are prepared fresh daily. Diabetic menus available upon request. Meal calendars available at the park office. People age 60+ pay on a donation basis. (Suggested minimum donation: $3). Those under 60 pay $8. To assure yourself a meal, call the park office at 688-4052.

Wednesday Luncheons & Potlucks
Meet others and enjoy a delicious lunch twice a month with various activities and entertainment. Held in the multi-purpose room. The first luncheon of every month, the park prepares the meal.
Park Luncheon: 2nd Wednesday. Menu posted in the 55+ corner. Bring a NEW friend that hasn't been to a lunch before and you both get in for free!

Let's try this again! If you like to curl up next to a fire with a good book then this is an event that you won't want to miss. Everyone I talk to reads and exchanges books on a small scale, now it's time to do it on a larger scale. Free books- who could ask for more? See you book lovers there! Must bring books to exchange. Murder Mystery Dinner - Murder at the Deadwood Saloon
This murder mystery experience is going to be FUN so mark your calendar! All guests will have active roles in the game and each guest will have objectives to complete. This format allows for great mingling amongst everyone. Before the night is through, each guest will have discovered that they have a motive for killing the victim and be inclined to protect their innocence as well as seek out the murderer. To add to the experience and suspense of the night, the murder happens during the dinner party not before. The victim is also allowed to play along after they die for they have no clue who murdered them. Characaters will be assigned as you sign up. Your cost includes: game, props, dinner and drinks. The bottom line is BINGO is fun, winning is fun and eating/talking is fun! Tonight it's BBQ Bingo. Get ready for an incredibly exciting evening. You know how to play BINGO so no need to explain how that works. Midway through the evening, we'll delve into our bbq dinner. We're green so please bring your own table service. Your cost includes, bbq dinner, bingo (card packages can be purchased that night) and fabulous prizes including a big cash pay out at the end of the evening.
