How to Register for a Program

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first served basis. You are not registered until fees are paid. The District reserves the right to cancel classes when minimum enrollment has not been met.

If desired class is filled, your name will be put on a waiting list. Additional classes will be formed upon demand if competent instruction and room can be obtained. Early registration is encouraged.

We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

 

Registration Dates

55+ Day Trips Registration Dates
• Trip presentation Tuesday, January 17 at noon.
• Out-of-District patrons may register after attending the presentation on January 17.
• In-District residents may begin walk-in registration Friday, January 13, at 8:30a. Phone registration is 10:30a-4:30p.

General Registration Dates
Register now! In-District and out-of-district patrons can register at any time.

WALK-IN & PHONE IN REGISTRATION

In-district patrons need proof of residency.

In-District patrons and out-of-district patrons can register for all activities at any time. Call 688-4052 Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5 pm or 461-7777 evenings and weekends.

Participants may register for classes by mail. However, first priority is given to walk-in registrations.

REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

A full refund / credit will be issued for all classes if cancellation request is received 24 hours prior to beginning of class. No refund / credit will be issued if cancellation request is received on the day of class or for “no shows”. In addition, no refunds / credit will be issued after the halfway point of any class or activity. Apply by calling 688-4052 or in person at the park district office. Refunds will be paid by check; please allow 1 week to receive your check in the mail. Credits are good for one year from issue date.
