Emerald
Park
Nine acres of wooded park, playground, wading pool, picnic tables, two picnic shelters, basketball court, multi-purpose play field, and jogging trail. Shelters available for rental.
Shelter Rentals (Non-Alcohol)
• Two (2) hour minimum rental
• $40/hr under 100 guests $50/hr over 100 guests
Community Buildings
Multi-Purpose Room - 1400 Lake Drive (amplified music until 10 pm)
River Road Annex -1055 River Road (no amplified music)
Alcohol requirements for Room Rentals and Shelters
• Two (2) hour minimum rental
• Beer, wine and champagne only
• $40/hr up until 10 pm (room rentals only)
• $60/hr from 10 pm to midnight (room rentals only)
• Approximatly $150-$200 Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP)
or $1 milion Host LiabilityWaiver through homeowner's insurance policy
• $80/hr security fee for off duty police contracted through the City
of Eugene - three (3) hour minimum
• $300 key/damage deposit

• Two (2) hour minimum rental: $40/hr
• $80-$150 Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP) or $1 milion
Host LiabilityWaiver through homeowner's insurance policy

All rental transactions must be completed in person. Rental hours include set-up and clean-up time. Renters must be out of the building(s) by midnight.Contact the Park District business office at 541-688-4052 for more information.
Pool
Indoor pool, diving board, water exercise, dressing rooms and family changing rooms, suana, two spas, and an outdoor kiddie pool.
The fitness center has a variety of weight stations, free-weight equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes, stair climbers and more.
