Personal Exercise & Fitness Center Orientation

Invest an hour and a half with our certified Personal Fitness Trainer and realize the difference a stronger, healthier body can make. Whether you desire to lose fat, gain strength and/or increase your cardio-respiratory endurance, our experienced trainer will design a personalized, basic exercise regime for you and show you how to effectively use the Fitness Center equipment to help you accomplish your specific goals. Please contact the main Park District office or the Pool office to schedule your appointment today!

Massage

River Road Park has several licensed massage technicians on staff to help relieve you of tension, muscle soreness and introduce you to the world of total relaxation. YOU control the environment and the type of massage - from deep tissue sports conditioning to a gentle, soothing touch. ENJOY THE HOT TUB BEFORE AND/OR AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.....FREE!
